We at the Calahonda Lions are always looking for new members.
It really doesn’t matter how much time you have free. The only commitment we ask
for is that you are able to attend our monthly meetings, which are held the first
Monday of each month at 7.30pm at Club del Sol, and lasts approx. 2-
Of course we welcome your help and assistance with organising and manning the events we organise each year, and we always seem to need help with something!
Membership to a Lions Club is by invitation, so we ask you to come along to three meetings or events, after which you will be invited to join our Club subject to the other members’ approval.
There is a small cost involved, currently 30 euros/ quarter, which goes into the membership/ social fund. This enables us to make sure that the money we raise goes directly to charities.
We also hold various social events as an introduction to our Club for new members, but on a more informal basis and usually with a lot of fun involved.
